During this time of chaos in the world, focus on the things that you can control.

Where there is fear, there is often irrational behavior. Don't judge it or the people who are being crippled by it. Choose to send them thoughts of peace, love, and kindness.
The reason for sending these vibrational thoughts first and foremost is to bring peace to yourself so that you can remain in alignment.
As you have noticed, fear is highly contagious. But, do not underestimate the power of your internal state and how it, too, can be contagious. I am not telling you to bury your head in the sand.
I am suggesting that you practice mindfulness over fear.
Let's focus on the basics of mindfulness. What do we know?
Though fear will invoke similar things in many, like a scarcity mentality, everyone will have their take on what you need to fear the most.
Story is one of the biggest killers out there.
During this time while people are waking up in the world, I invite you to practice mindfulness versus fear.
Bring your focus back to yourself and practice what you know as a truth that provides growth and expansion. To do anything else would be limiting.
Who do you need to be?
Being grounded means, you’re in alignment and that you're living your life from a place of Love.
Where there is love, fear cannot live.
There is much talk about how we are in a state of uncertain times. The reality is there was never a time when anything was certain.
Change is the only certainty that exists.
So, during these times of heightened change, I again invite you to practice mindfulness.
Who do you need to be?
Be the person you were born to be.
If you look at what's happening in the world, the message is clear.
It's time to slow down and consider self-care and self-love at a deeper. It's time to understand that it’s all about self-respect.
How can you start taking better care of yourself? Bring your focus back to yourself, rather than looking outside of you. The more you respect yourself, the happier and healthier you'll be.
Take time to slow down and just be.
